All holstercollection.com orders are return by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Within 10 days after receiving your product, if for any reason you want to return your product you can do after delivery date to process your return.

RETURN OPTIONS
We have several options for return available, but in all cases, the returned items must be new or slightly used, with all product tags/wrapping/packaging, in a condition that allows resale to another customer.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS
CUSTOM PRODUCTS: Personalized, custom made-to-order items and some holsters may have manufacturer-specified Size. If so, this will be indicated on the product page and in your order confirmation email. Bargain Bin items are non-returnable.

Return Items shall be in the same condition with complete packaging (new and unwashed) in which it was originally shipped to you. It means slightly used, but once they have been worn outdoors they are not eligible for return. We reserve the rights to refuse a refund, credit, or exchange for items that are not in a resale condition - regardless of whether the item was worn or not. Shipping and cleaning fees will be deducted from any credit or refunds in the event of an Product.
