ORDER PROCESSING TIME:

Your order is start processing in 2 working days after placing the order.
ORDER SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME:
Orders are not shipped and delivered on holidays. You will receive your order in about 18-21 Working days Shipping Time and Deivery Time is 3-5 working Days.
TRACK YOUR ORDER:
You will receive tracking number Through your email after shipping of your order. You can Check your order by tracking number. Tracking number active in 24 hours.
RETURN & EXCHANGE:
If you received your order in damaged condition or wrong product, you can exchange the order within 10 days after receiving order. If the order damaged after delivery, It cannot be return or exchange.
SHIPPING Ways:
We offer worldwide Shipping using 3 effective methods - DHL Express, FEDEX Express and DPEX Express.
DHL Express delivery takes 3 - 5 business days (plus production time) excluding weekends and holidays and is provided by DHL. Orders shipped by DHL Express are traceable through Relative website.
FEDEX Express delivery takes 6 - 8 business days (plus production time) excluding weekends and holidays and is provided by FEDEX. Orders shipped by FEDEX Express are traceable through Relative website.
DPEX Express delivery takes up to 8-10 business days (plus production time) excluding weekends and holidays.
Please note - Deliveries to remote location may take extra 1 - 2 days and the carrier may sometimes change the final delivery company if the delivery area is remote.
SHIPPING COST:
We do ship international orders. All international orders are shipped via DHL,FEDEX & DPEX. The international shipping fees usually run between $25.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all import Freights Charges and that the time is takes to clear customs varies from country to country.
ORDER STATUS / NO CONFIRMATION RECEIVED:
Please make sure you enter your email address very attentively during the check-out processing. Once you place your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation, which will serve as your receipt of purchase. This confirmation contains your order number should you have any questions when emailing as well as your order summary, transaction details and selected shipping method. If you didn't receive your order confirmation and your order was successfully placed online, please check your spam or junk folder, occasionally auto generated confirmations end up there. If you cannot find it, please contact us to confirm your order has been received. You may reach us by through email, or through the website.
As your order is being prepared for shipment, a second authentication showing that the label has been printed will be emailed to you. This email verification will provide your tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours before DHL or FedEx & DPEX updates their tracking information so please check back with the tracking progress periodically.
RUSH ORDER:
Need your Holster or Carrier in a hurry? Choose Rush order and your Holster order will move to the top of our list. If Rush Order is selected you will be charged an additional fee per item in the cart. This is a per product Supply, If you need one piece rushed please place two orders, One with the order you would like rushed and one with order that will go through our normal work flow.
Please note the following, our operating hours are Mon-Sat 9:00am – 5:00pm EST. 7 Business days does not include holidays. If you place your order after 5:00 pm EST the first business day is the following day we are open according to the hours stated.
DELAYED ORDER:
The product does not meet our quality control standards and has to be re manufacturing. In such a case the order goes to the top of the line, to be Speed-up, but will be out of the window. In these cases, it takes five or seven days longer. Seasonal Burden and workloads, again its hard to predict what's ahead of you when you place your order. Backorder on raw material.
CANCELLATION ORDER:
If you need to cancel an order, please email our customer support. Cancellations are only acceptable once a customer service rep has confirmed the cancellation. We will charge a 10% re-stocking fee for orders that have been cancelled after the manufacturing process has started. Production usually begins the next 1 business day. Due to material and labor costs there is a 10% cancellation cost for all orders, with the exception of In Stock Holsters. In Stock Holsters will have "STOCK" in the sku, as well as the arm name in the title of the product. You are not able to elect color, cant or draw hand with any in stock holsters. All holsters are custom made to order.
